- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 8 sprigs of lavender
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 oz. chilled vodka
- Lemon slices, halved
Start off by making the simple syrup. To do this, combine the sugar and water in a pot and bring to a boil on the stove. Cook until the sugar is dissolved. Next, add lavender sprigs and allow to cool. Stir occasionally. After this step, proceed with rimming the edges two martini glasses with a lemon slice and sugar. Strain the lavender simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, lemon juice, and vodka. Shake until the mixture gets cold. Strain the contents into a cocktail glass and garnish with lavender sprigs and lemon slices.
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, roughly chopped
- 1 oz. vodka
- 4 oz. Baileys Irish cream
- Grated chocolate
The process starts with making the ganache. Heat the cream over medium high heat until it begins to boil. Next, pour the cream over the chopped chocolate in a medium sized bowl. Stir until the chocolate melts. After that, let the mixture cool. The next step is to decorate the glasses with the grated chocolate. Turn the moistened glasses upside down and dip them into the chocolate. Twist them slightly to let it accumulate on the rim. Afterwards, fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add one cup of chocolate ganache, half oz. of vodka and 2 oz. of Irish cream. Shake well for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into the glasses and enjoy ice cold!
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 2 tablespoons fresh watermelon
- ½ teaspoon agave nectar
- 3 oz. cucumber vodka

DirectionsPlace the watermelon, water, and agave nectar into a food processor and process until a smooth mixture is formed. Take the puree, ice, and 3 ounces of vodka, and pour into a cocktail shaker. Shake well until you feel it chilled and strain into a martini glass. Next, garnish the drink with a mint sprig and a slice of cucumber.
- 1 peach, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon white granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon white granulated sugar
- 4 ounces vodka
- 4 ounces peach schnapps
- 4 ounces heavy whipping cream
- 4 ounces white chocolate liqueur
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons yellow or orange sanding sugar

DirectionsPreheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the peaches, sugar, and coconut oil in a baking dish. Roast them for 15 to 20 minutes, and flip the peaches mid baking.. Remove from the oven and let them cool. Next, trace the rim of 3 martini glasses with sanding sugar. Cool the glasses in the refrigerator. Afterwards, place the peaches and heavy whipping cream in a blender and mix until a smooth mixture is rendered. The next step is to mix the blended peaches with the other ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Pour the drink into the chilled glasses and garnish with a peach slice.
- 2 oz. Tequila
- 1 oz. Cointreau
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz. fresh orange juice
