Tour & Tasting | $45

Step into our distillery to learn how our handcrafted spirits go from grain to glass. Join one of our knowledgeable team members for a guided tour that explores the rich history of the Distillery District and see the craft behind our spirit-making process.

Each tour includes:

  1. A Welcome Gin & Tonic
  2. A Guided Tour of our Distillery
  3. A Tasting Flight of Our Core Spirits
  4. A Guided Spirit Tasting

Tours are offered Saturday & Sunday at 1PM, 3PM, and 5PM.

Make Your Own Gin | $100

Perfect for gin enthusiasts, this workshop offers a blend of discovery and creativity. Begin with a guided tasting flight and a tour that explores the rich history of gin. Then, step into our workshop to craft your own custom gin blend using the essential botanicals that define the spirit. You’ll leave with a 750ml bottle of your personally blended gin as a memorable souvenir.

Each experience includes:

  1. A Gin Tasting Flight with a Guided Tasting
  2. A Tour of Our Distillery
  3. A Guided Hands-On Workshop on Blending Gin
  4. A 750ml Bottle of Your Custom Gin Blend

The Make Your Own Gin Workshop is offered most Fridays at 7PM.

Cocktail Workshop | Price TBD

Learn the art of cocktail-making with guidance from one of our experienced bartenders. In this hands-on session, you’ll craft two classic cocktails—one shaken, one stirred—while gaining insight into the techniques and purpose behind each method. A perfect blend of skill-building and enjoyment.
Each experience includes:

  1. A Hands-On Guided Workshop with an Expert Bartender
  2. Two Cocktails (One Shaken, One Stirred)
  3. A Bottle of Your Favourite Cocktail from the Experience
