About the Workshop

Spirit of York's cocktail workshop in Toronto's Distillery District is a hands-on, bartender-led experience that teaches you the techniques behind a well-made cocktail. This 90-minutes workshop that will have you leaving with a new skillset.

Whether you're looking for a unique Toronto experience, a fun date night, or a social activity for a group, the cocktail workshop is 90 minutes well spent.

Tickets start at $75.22 before HST.

The Experience

Bartending Techniques: One of our expert bartenders will lead your group through the techniques used to build and create delicious cocktails. You'll make one shaken & one stirred cocktail, learning the fundamental techniques behind every well-made drink.

Make & Drink as You Go: This is a hands-on session which means you get to drink your creation. By the end of the 90 minutes you'll have worked through a series of classic cocktail techniques and have the drinks to show for it.

Mocktail Options Available: Not drinking? We offer mocktail verisions, made with the same technique and the same care as everything else.

Booking for a Large Group?

Private Make Your Own Gin workshops are available for groups of 8 or more. Whether you're looking for a team building activity for your corporate team, or a unique class for your bachelor/bachelorette, we can you help you organize a private session outside of our normal class offerings.
