About the Experience

The Tour & Taste is a guided experience that takes you from the first sip to the last. It's an hour or so that gives you a genuine understanding of what craft distilling looks like up close. Whether you're a seasoned spirits enthusiast or just getting started, it's an experience worth having.

The Experience

Welcome Drink: The experience begins with a Spirit of York Gin and Tonic. A proper introduction to what we make before you see how we make it.

Distillery Tour: A guided walk through our working distillery. You'll see the copper pot stills, learn how we source our Ontario ingredients, and understand what goes into every bottle we produce from grain to glass.

Tasting Flight: Sit down with our four core spirits - gin, vodka, aquavit and rye whisky - and be guided through each one by our tour guides.

Private Tour & Tastes are available for groups of 8 or more. Whether you're looking for a team building activity for your corporate team, or a unique class for your bachelor/bachelorette, we can you help you organize a private session outside of our normal class offerings.
