Meet Chef Nico Litscher

Chef Nico brings a world of experience to this locally inspired dinner.

Born and trained in France, Chef Nico has spent his time working in some of the top kitchens across New Zealand, Australia, and most recently as Chef de Cuisine at Toronto’s acclaimed Pompette.

He works closely with Ontario producers, like Tamarack Farm, crafting menus that tell a story of the season. For him, every ingredient has a purpose. Every plate, a sense of place.

Guided by a refined, artistic hand and fined tuned palate, each course is a quiet celebration of flavour, craft, and the land that inspired it.

What kind of food will be served?

Chef Nico has curated a six-course plated menu showcasing Ontario's fresh, mid-season bounty.

Are drinks included?

Drinks are not included in the base ticket. The pairing add-on is $56.50; it features 3 cocktails and 2 wines that will be paired with the courses.

If you do not purchase the package or wish to have an additional drink (or two) during the event, you can purchase beverages à la carte.

Can you accomodate dietary restrictions?

This is a fixed seasonal menu. While we will do our best to accomodate, not all requests can be guaranteed. Please email info@spiritofyork.com with your seating time and dietary requests.

Is the venue accessible?

The venue is fully accessible.

Can I attend with a group?

We can accomodate groups; we have a maximum of ten spots per seating time. If you would like to be sat with your group, we ask that you purchase tickets together or email us at least 3 days before the event.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before you seating, an no later than 5 minutes after your scheduled time.

Is there parking?

Yes. There is paid parking available in the Distillery District.

Is there a dress code?

Think casual-chic, dinner-party attire.
